Priority 1 - Roof Repairs
$100,000+ - Fundraising goal is $50,000
- Water under the spray foam along the West Hall from the Sanctuary to the Youth Room & spreading over the Kitchen.
- The Ceiling is leaking in the Nursery down into the Sunday School Rooms in the basement.
- A new company came and provided a quote to re-do the work that was incorrectly done initially.
- The existing spray foam will be removed and then replaced.
- 2 months of construction
- Construction will begin Spring/Summer 2026
Priority 2 - King's Cafe
$17,000 - Fundraising goal is $8,500
- No water readily available
- Storage issues
- Functions in the Fellowship Room make use of the Cafe regularly
- Congestion on Sunday mornings
- Small/unwelcoming access to Fellowship Room from Foyer
Installation of the following:
- Sink & drain with hot water
- Cabinets and counters
- Pass-through to Fellowship Room including roll-up door
- New double entrance doors
- 2 weeks of construction
- Construction will begin when fundraising goal has been reached
Priority 3 - Main Office
$15,000 - Fundraising goal is $7,500
- People coming in can't see reception
- Need for updated filing system
- Better access to printer for others
- Inability to lock the room
Installation of the following:
- Remove existing cupboards and replace
- Create reception desk in window
- Move printer to west wall
- Roll-up door for pass-through
- 1-2 weeks of construction
- Construction will begin when fundraising goal has been reached
