Bridgeway Community Church in Swift Current, Saskatchewan is seeking applications for an Associate Pastor. The primary call is youth ministry, but we welcome our future pastor the opportunity to broaden their role based on gifting and passion. We highly value a team environment, so we invite our future pastor to work closely with our lead pastor and leadership. 

Bridgeway is a congregation of about 150, with 2 pastors and 2 support staff (administrator and custodian).  We are intergenerational, with many young families, and have a diverse mix of farmers, professionals, and small business owners.  

Swift Current is a small city with great amenities, a healthy mix of urban/rural values, and has an affordable real estate market to own a house and raise a family.  This is why we agree with our city’s slogan; “Where life makes sense.”
